He began his career in HR with Michael Page France where he successively held the position of Consultant, Manager and Area Manager before setting up and developing the company’s IT Executive Business Unit in France.
After 6 years, François solidified his experience in recruitment consulting by joining the major French top executive consultancy firm, Transearch International, as a consultant. Two years later, he was appointed associate director of Artec Search, the middle and top management recruitment branch of Transearch.
The creation of the recruitment consultancy firm, PHILEUM, is the result of his extensive and varied experience.
Mr. Bourdenet earned his degree in law, management and social communication from Paris-I Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He has a proven record with over 30 years experience in human resources. He held the position of HR Director at top French-based, international companies such as RENAULT, SAFRAN, and most recently with ALSTOM.
His experience with multi-national and multicultural firms has gained him wide and in-depth expertise in the area of corporate human resources.

After several years in serving renowned executive search firms, Lynda now brings her practical experience in recruitment consulting to PHILEUM by managing its sourcing department.
