A graduate of ESCG Paris, and after a first experience in a company as a Business Engineer within the SAGEM Group and in an IT services company with major accounts, François has been working for over 20 years in the world of recruitment consulting.

Having initially joined Michael Page France, he was Consultant, Manager and then Regional Director before creating and developing the IT Executive entity for France.

More than 6 years later, and wishing to complete his experience in recruitment consulting, he joined Transearch International, a global player in executive search, as a Consultant. Two years later, he was offered a partnership and the co-direction of Artec Search, an entity specialized in executive and managerial recruitment within the Transearch Network for France.

The desire to undertake and the creation of Cabinet Phileum are the result of this career in recruitment consulting and skills assessment.

Géraldine has a post-graduate degree in Private Law. She started her career in the legal field before moving on to recruitment consulting.

For more than 25 years, she has been assisting companies from various sectors (Legal, Banking & Insurance, Consulting & Services, Real Estate and Industry) in the search for their Talents.

Her expertise covers most of the support and operational functions, strategic partners of the company.

Géraldine attaches great importance to the consulting dimension and to the quality of service towards her Clients and Candidates.

Sharing the same vision, she joined Phileum as Associate Director.

A graduate of the INSA engineering school in Lyon, Matteo began his career in industry in France and Italy, working in purchasing, industrial marketing and the sale of complex equipment. He has 20 years' experience in recruitment, acquired within an international recruitment agency, where he became Director and for the last 8 years has headed up the Executive department for France.

Capitalising on a significant network of Partners, Clients and Candidates from the world of SMEs, ETIs, large French and foreign groups with diverse governance (listed companies, family-owned or under LBO), Matteo is a Referent for the Industry and Services Sectors and works at national and international level with expertise aimed at economic players in connection with Italy, our 2nd European trading partner.

Attached to the human values embodied, lived and passed on by his Partners, as well as to the values of usefulness, contribution and commitment of Employees to their own social and economic environment, participation in the co-direction and development of Cabinet Phileum crowns Matteo's career path.

After higher education in business, Déborah had the opportunity to join the world of recruitment consulting as a Research Manager. The human and relational dimension reinforces her career choice.

The great diversity of professions and sectors that she has discovered has allowed her to acquire, over more than 25 years, a solid experience in Sourcing as well as in the complete management of recruitment missions. Déborah also makes the most of her dynamism, energy and reactivity in order to be attentive to the needs of the target profiles, with whom she creates a true relationship of trust.

In charge of the Sourcing team, Déborah brings all her experience in Direct Approach and Recruitment Consulting to Phileum.

A graduate of the University of Paris-I Panthéon-Sorbonne in Law, Management and Social Communication, he has 30 years of experience in Human Resources as Human Resources Director within large French groups with an international presence such as RENAULT, SAFRAN and most recently ALSTOM.

Having evolved within multi-site and multicultural organizations, he has acquired a broad and deep expertise in Human Resources.

Having recognized himself in the professionalism and values of the firm through several years of collaboration as a Partner, and being driven by the same concern for commitment, service and creation of HR added value, he wished to join the Phileum team.
